Heat Exchanger Chemical Cleaning
Boilers and economizers operate at high temperatures where hard scale deposits form rapidly. These deposits insulate tube walls, causing overheating, tube bulging, and eventual tube failure. Scale also reduces heat transfer, increasing fuel consumption by 5-15%.

Boiler & Economizer Chemical Cleaning
Cargo lines, ballast pipelines, fuel oil transfer lines, hydraulic control lines, cooling water circuits. Pipelines accumulate rust, weld slag, construction debris (new builds), and corrosion products (existing vessels). Contaminants damage downstream pumps, valves, and instrumentation. CCW uses circulation or spray methods—reaching bends, dead legs, and vertical sections that pigging cannot access.
Results: Restored flow capacity, reduced pressure drop, ISO 4406 verification available.
System Pipelines (Cargo, Ballast, Fuel, Hydraulic)
Fuel oil settling tanks, lube oil storage tanks, fresh water tanks, accumulators, cargo tanks (pre-changeover). Residues, sludge, and corrosion products reduce usable volume, contaminate new product batches, and hide surfaces requiring inspection.
